Precision Thermal Control for Catheter Processing
Precision Fixtures offers 31 standard replacement Hot Box nozzle sizes with a 0.500 in inlet. These Hot Box nozzles are compatible with many legacy Hot Boxes as well as the PF-9070 Hot Box, giving R&D and production teams a fast source for replacement nozzles and additional sizes for new processes. Designed with a standard 0.500 inch inlet, each nozzle allows precise control of the heating zone to support a wide range of catheter, tubing, and component processing applications. In addition to powering the PF-9070, these replacement Hot Box nozzles are compatible with many legacy Hot Boxes on the market today.

Hot Box Nozzle FAQs
What is the return policy for Hot Box nozzles?
Precision Fixtures offers 30-day returns on standard Hot Box nozzles. Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original ship date.
Hot Box nozzle returns are subject to a standard 25% restocking fee.
Please contact Precision Fixtures before shipping any return. Once the nozzle is received, we will inspect it and initiate the applicable refund.
If a returned nozzle is damaged, modified, or otherwise not in acceptable return condition, an additional restocking fee may be assessed beyond the standard 25% restocking fee, or the return may be declined.
After Precision Fixtures issues a refund, card refunds processed through Wix Payments may take approximately 3 to 5 business days to appear, depending on the customer's financial institution. Timing for other payment methods may vary.
