What We Can Test
Tube Cutting
Test difficult-to-cut tubing on the PF-9010 TubeCut to evaluate cut quality and determine which machine configuration is the best fit.
Lamination
Test tubing, heat-shrink, and mandrel combinations using the PF-9060 360 Fuser Pro and PF-9070 Hot Box.
Thermal Bonding & Reflow
Test bonding, fusing, and reflow applications on the PF-9060 360 Fuser Pro to evaluate equipment fit and application feasibility.
Hot Box & Custom Nozzles
Test heating applications with the PF-9070 Hot Box to determine the appropriate nozzle size and whether a standard or custom nozzle is needed.

How the Process Works
Step 1: Contact & Process Details — Tell us about your application, tubing specifications, material types, and target cycle times. If an NDA is required, we can execute that prior to receiving details or materials.

Step 2: Send Your Samples — Ship your catheter tubing, assemblies, or materials to our facility in Sandy, UT.
​
Step 3: Evaluation & Results — We test your parts on the PF-9060 360 Fuser Pro, PF-9070 Hot Box, or PF-9010 TubeCut and provide our observations, recommended machine parameters, and process photos/video.
