Test difficult-to-cut tubing on the PF-9010 TubeCut to evaluate cut quality and determine which machine configuration is the best fit.
Lamination
Test tubing, heat-shrink, and mandrel combinations using the PF-9060 360 Fuser Pro and PF-9070 Hot Box.
Thermal Bonding & Reflow
Test bonding, fusing, and reflow applications on the PF-9060 360 Fuser Pro to evaluate equipment fit and application feasibility.
Hot Box & Custom Nozzles
Test heating applications with the PF-9070 Hot Box to determine the appropriate nozzle size and whether a standard or custom nozzle is needed.

How the Process Works
1. Submit Request:
Fill out the evaluation form below with your tubing material, dimensions, and process goals. We will review the request and confirm the testing scope, sample quantity, confidentiality needs, shipping instructions, and expected timing.

Our engineering team contacts you to confirm sample quantities, review specs, verify NDA needs, and provide secure shipping instructions.

3. Ship Samples:
Send your test materials directly to our facility.

4. Testing & Results:
We execute the test on the appropriate PF equipment.

5. Final Process:
We share the available findings and recommend the next step.
