What is the return policy for the PF-9070 Hot Box?
Precision Fixtures offers 30-day returns on the PF-9070 Hot Box. Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original ship date.
PF-9070 Hot Box returns are subject to a standard 25% restocking fee.
Please contact Precision Fixtures before shipping any return. Once the equipment is received, we will inspect it and initiate the applicable refund.
If returned equipment is damaged, modified, missing components, or otherwise not in acceptable return condition, an additional restocking fee may be assessed beyond the standard 25% restocking fee, or the return may be declined.
After Precision Fixtures issues a refund, card refunds processed through Wix Payments may take approximately 3 to 5 business days to appear, depending on the customer's financial institution. Timing for other payment methods may vary.
