The Alignment Gauges are quick-change setup accessories for the 360 Fuser Pro, used to position tubing prior to bonding, fusing, reflowing, or laminating. They establish a repeatable edge-based alignment reference between the tubing and the Hot Box nozzle before processing.
 
All alignment gauges feature a tool-free design, allowing operators to change offsets quickly when switching processes or setups. Gauges are available in a range of offsets and colors, giving users flexibility in both alignment control and visual identification.
 
The standard zero-offset gauge included with the 360 Fuser Pro is black. Additional alignment gauges may be selected in any available offset and any available color.
